Alaina Adams
Phoenix, Arizona
My name is Alaina Adams and I am a public educator in the Phoenix-Metropolitan area. For the past eight years, I have taught on-level and inclusion 9-12th grade English classes, AP Language and Composition, and have taught English 101 and 102 at the community college level. I have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, am a National Board Certified Teacher (AYA-ELA), and work with adult learners as a professional development facilitator and Cognitive Coach for the Phoenix Union High School District and the Arizona K12 Center.
In addition to being an educator, I am the mother of a teenage daughter, new-yoga aficionado, enjoyer of live music, and am an all around text-messaging, email-checking, Kindle-loving, Twitter-following, and Facebook-posting adult.
